I went with my Sister and brother in law to help them find a new car. They are 80 years young, I was worried about the new technologies in todays vehicles. Brandon was our salesman, he was amazing. He took us into an area that was easy to navagte during the test drive. He was so kind and made sure they understood the vehicle. Brandon had as much set for them in the car before we left for home, 150 mile trip after dark. He even told them how to get out of the parking area and gave directions to avoid a high traffic turn. Brandon also helped me pick out a car. IT was a two birds with one stone kind of day for Brandon. He put much effort into the sales. He was not high pressure, he made sure we got what was right for all of us. Brandon was amazing help. Thanks Brandon!

Felt very much like a transaction. Owner threw it in our face that she funnels money into her son's clear bra business by requiring this "option" whether we like it or not. Definitely felt like I'm just another sucker lining the greedy pockets of ownership and their family. Also had to point out scratches on the brand new truck so will now be inconvenienced leaving the vehicle for body work. Will not return, nor will not refer any business.

I had a 10:30 appt for an oil change and tire rotation. At 1:00 I still heard nothing from the Service Dept. When I inquired, the associate apologized for the lengthy delay (2-1/2 hours) and said she would check on it. Approximately 10 minutes later she returned w/my keys and said it was just finished (?) and she "comp'd" the entire charge. It ended up costing me NOTHING!! Now, THAT IS WHAT I CALL "CUSTOMER SERVICE". I couldn't have been happier. I didn't like waiting that long (almost 3 hours) - but that certainly more than satisfied this "weary" customer. I think I was forgotten - but I assure you, this mishap was "quickly forgotten"! Thank you Shortline Buick from a satisfied customer!! - I will be back👍😊!!

I went for an oil change and just asked if they could take a Quick Look at my headrest for the back seat headrest not working right. The service writer didn’t even ask somebody to take a look. Waiting time was extremely long, also was told it needed a service that was already done previously and when I mention it I was told oh yes your right so we can give you one for free but you have to pay for the other one. Really! Very generous from Shortline. The gentleman that was relating this news to me was very nice, he’s just the middle man and no blame to him but I was very disappointed with Shortline because I have been a loyal and recurring good customer, now I’m second guessing the “ service “ that my vehicle is needing!

Lack of any customer service. You only provided bare minimum service. I can be grateful my truck was repaired but being a new customer with a new truck that had issues, I did expect better service. I expected consistent communication, a decent repair time and at least some kind of response for the time lost. I did not get any apology, I was treated as if I caused the problem and that I was bothering your service team. There is so much more I can say about this but I feel like it will go no where because it didn’t go anywhere when I complained while my truck was at your service center for 4 weeks. I bought a brand new truck from your dealership and within 2-3 weeks it has break issues. That’s a serious issue! I feel like no one took any kind of serious approach to me and everyone stated “hey man, I didn’t do this to your truck”. Well I didn’t either but your dealership sold it and could at least give it some priority. Especially with the top of the line vehicle I purchased.

I made an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 9:45, I arrived ten minutes early and let them know I would be waiting in waiting room until done. Two hours later after seeing at least 3 other customers come and go with their completed service. I went to service department and they called and found out that the service had not been completed and was told that it would be at least another 30 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours seems excessive.

I will not use Shortline again. Service in the parts department was bad.I called and ordered mats and mud flaps for my Buick. Staff had no record of my call or order. The tech didn't reset my car after the oil change, got about 100 miles out of Denver when my car said I needed a oil change had 4% left. That was all after I couldn't get my key fob programed as Shortline lost the one that should have came with the car at purchase. Very disappointed in Shortline.

It wasn’t great. The new online booking never sent an appointment confirmation email. I called to confirm it made me leave a message which I never got a call back from. Showed up for appointment to learn one of the services I needed was offered and the other option is only done during weekdays. Then Saw car brought out when oil change completed, yet it took another 25 mins for someone to come to the waiting area to tell me it was done.

Shortline is an excellent dealership and has always provided me with great service and attention. My only issue is when they provide the bill the extra charge for the debit or credit payment is not calculated in the final total untill they run your card and the final total bill is 3-4% higher. Which is always a shock since now auto repair costs are skyrocketing!!

Came to your place explaining that you guys did not fill my oil up after an oil change the last time around. Went ahead and let you guys do it. Requested to have my dipstick shown to me that you actually had filled the oil in my truck at that time. I also requested a wash. Got the truck back. Dipstick did show that you guys actually filled it this time. Great! I looked at the truck. I can see dust all over it and the same fingerprints of mine. When I opened the hood in the morning before you guys receive my truck was still there showing clearly that the truck had not been washed. The attendant looked at it with me from a distance and claimed that they did wash it. I looked at it again even at a distance until it had not been washed. He told me it had been washed that he would do it again. I felt like I was being talked down to for something I clearly had seen. He regularly took the truck back to get washed. I talked to a new manager about the deficiency of oil changes and leaving my truck high in Dryden to be damaged by your lack of mechanical professionalism and feeling the oil back up after you empty it out for an oil change it's basic. Definitely gave me the look of. I don't give a s***. If that's the way you wish to do business that's fine, but you should let people know in writing that you don't give a s***.

Honestly, the only reason I get my car fixed and serviced at the dealership still is because of those two. They are always so kind and knowledgeable. The work done was fine. I find the service department at shortline to not be very nice or friendly. I have been a Buick owner for many years. Prices have really gone up. you don't even include a car wash unless asked and sign a release and then to charge a 3% extra for using a credit card on an oil change for over $100?? Not good customer service especially to a person who bought the car cash not 3 years ago!
