Even though the wait was long it was comfortable. The waiting area is very comfortable and inviting. It has a special space for the children which is awesome.

I had the best rest time in the waiting room. The rep kept me informed every step of the inspection and repair process and explained in detail what was wrong and needed to be repaired..even broke down the cost. All around great experience!!

We continue to get great service on our car and truck! Jason Harris helped the collision folks solve an alignment problem with our truck. We'll be getting recalled parts installed on our car soon ( headlamps and wiper ball bearings.)

I told the service not run my car through the car wash because it takes the pinstripe off the side of the vehicle. And it did this time. Needs work. Not pleased. At this point I will never return for service.
